COVID_WORKSHOP
In Estepona two teachers have contacted the health centers and they need sanitary material against the coronavirus. We have asked about the material needs and the most demanded:
- Acetate visors
- Protection glasses.

There are many models. You have to see which is the best for the toilet, the easiest to print.
We have chosen one for its simplicity and effectiveness.
It takes about an hour and a half to print.
The printer must be correctly calibrated

Protection glasses
They must be filed at the end of printing. They consist of 4 pieces. It takes a long time to print as it is 4 pieces. Great care must be taken in removing the part from the hot bed.
When we put the acetate on, we strengthen the joints with a hot silicone gun.

Filament
We are using PLA (polylactic acid). It’s better to print than ABS (better results).

Normal PVC 250 micron covers. Size A4.
