“The way that the robotics market is going to grow, at least in the home, is that we’ll have a number of different special purpose robots”. Colin Angle.
In this course you will learn to create a robotic arm with your students. Creating a robotic arm is a complex task that will require you to have some knowledge of both electronics and programming. If you like technology and building things, this is one of the best projects you can do with your students.
In this course you will learn many concepts of both 3D printing and Arduino programming.
Creating a robotic arm is a time consuming task. Go through the course carefully and ask yourself if you have enough time to create the robotic arm. Keep in mind that the printing of the pieces can take you many hours without taking into account the pieces that have to be repeated due to a poor printing.
From the teachers of this unit, we thank Florin Tobler because this documentation has been prepared using his robotic arm.
